Your Satisfaction is our Goal!  If you are unhappy with an item or haven't received it when you expected, please email us immediately so that we can work to resolve your concerns!

Standard Returns


It is our policy to offer a 30 day Return Period on all qualified items that are not used and returned in original condition.  A return authorization is not required, simply follow the instructions below.  (Remember this does NOT apply to an incorrect or defective item, but a standard return or exchange).

Non Returnable Items include opened Make-up, Wigs, Facial Hair, Socks, Tights, Stockings, Novelty Teeth, Lotions, Soaps, Powders and any other consumable item.  (If these items are still sealed, unused and unopened, then returns will be accepted).  Pet costumes are not returnable.  Panties are not returnable unless unopened, unworn.  (This does not apply to Lingerie Sets that include panties as part of the set - We keep additional panty supply on hand so that we can accept the return of these SETS).  Our adherence to this policy of non-returnable items assures that you will always receive NEW product.

Reasonable Exceptions are considered.  All returns must have the above information on the OUTSIDE of the PACKAGE, or may be refused.

Emails are most expedient, however we are always happy to assist by phone as well (Mon-Fri 9-5 Mountain Time)


We do suggest that you use a reliable, traceable freight service, as we can only credit items that we do receive.

 

Exchanges


 For an exchange, we've found the following to be most expedient for our customers:


1:   Place your new order (It's not like we're brick and mortar store and can exchange
      items over the counter) - And the new order can ship immediately!

2:   After placing your new order, please follow the Return Instructions above.

3:   Restocking fees on "Exchanges" will be returned to you in the form of a
      Rebate/Credit to your account. To receive RSF/REBATE, email

      Include Old / Original Order #, New Order # and your email address

4:   Once the original return is received/refund issued on the return, in a
      separate transaction we will issue RSF back to the original order

 

Refund/Credit Procedure:

Upon receipt of your return meeting with the above requirement, Amazon.com payments will be notified to issue the appropriate credit to the original order less shipping and handling, a std 15% restocking fee and additional reductions only if items are found to be used or missing pieces.

Costumes have many pieces, so be very careful to package all the pieces into the package.  Lingerie - if it is a panty, Health Regulations do not allow us to accept returns on these items if open, used or tried on or worn. 

LATE RETURNS (older than 30 days) and TRYING ON ITEMS:  

Please be careful when trying items on, as if the item is returned soiled (most common is deodorant stains, smoke residue, lipstick, footprints, etc.), or is deemed by us to be in "other than original condition", it will be subject to a 50% restocking fee, and possibly no return credit if deemed used, damaged and not in original condition. Non-returnable items will fall into this category as well.


REFUND / CREDIT:  After we've received, inspected and approved the return, it is then sent to accounting.  Our accounting department will notify Amazon.com to refund your purchase less shipping, handling and standard 15% restocking fee, (unless late, unauthorized, damaged, etc and then it will be subject to additional fees).


Upon our notification to Amazon.com, the funds are immediately removed from our account. You should receive an email at this time from Amazon.com regarding the refunded amount.  It will generally take several business days for Amazon's bank and yours to coordinate and post the transaction.



Status of Return:  While we're always happy to respond to your email request, please allow at least 1 week after we've received the return for the credit to process prior to contacting us.

Cancellations

 

Since we generally whip WITHIN the first 24 hours (1 Business Day), all orders are considered final, and cancellations are generally not allowed.  If you contact us and we're able to cancel the order, we're happy to work with you.  (Please remember if it hasn't shown shipped, it still may be impossible to locate your package within the shipping process - we have several daily pick-ups and do not record the shipments until day end).


Much of the time, we're able to accomodate your cancellation request.  During Halloween season, however cancellations are generally not accepted since we do package and ship 24/7 to provide efficient service for the seasonal requirements.
